The room was spacious and comfortable, yet

I occasionally heard noises from adjacent rooms, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. The hotel's cleaning staff did a commendable job, and the proximity to Brussels Midi station made my travel seamless.

All the staff members are useful. The hotel is in an unbeatable position and the airport is 20 km away. Within 1 km you'll find Brasserie Europa, where you can drink something.

The location near Brussels Midi train station is convenient, but ensure to check the functionality of electrical outlets and TV upon arrival.

The hotel is recently refurbished, has nice views and MARVELLOUS location near to bus stations as well as Brussels South Charleroi airport. There are reasonably spacious rooms with large bathrooms. Glad to have free Wi-Fi and baggage storage. Every staff member is really friendly and accommodating and strives to meet your needs.

You guys made my stay very good! Loved the king room with 1 double bed and window to the streets and bathroom I was given.

The bathroom had a disgusting odor, and there was an unsettling presence of mold on the walls. I encountered staff who were indifferent to my complaints, leaving visible maintenance issues unaddressed and completely ruining my stay.

Clean and bright hotel, views are pleasant, location is magnificent to far to walk to town center. The double room is silent and has free wireless internet access and luggage storage. The staff are amazingly nice and provide a great service.

The bed felt inadequate, being two boxes pushed together, and the shower had pressure issues. Cleanliness also left much to be desired, with unwashed towels and dirty sheets not meeting standard expectations.

Great location just 500 meters from the train station! The large single room was clean and functional. Free WiFi worked perfectly, and the place had a cozy feel, resembling a hidden gem.

The shower could use some updates, and soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great, as I could hear noises from the corridor.

Just a reliable pick for a whistle-stop in Brussels with great value for the money. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful night. Make sure to bring your own toiletries as the complimentary ones aren't much.
